Conditions of Chauffeur drive in Moscow:

The rates are given in rubles incl. VAT 18%.

Minimal trip period - 3 hours+ 1 hour to deliver a car. If the trip is longer than two hours, the time of transport service, which rates the transport costs, is calculated in such a manner:

Less than 14 minutes – no additional pays; 

From 14 minutes till 44 minutes - 30 minutes rate is paid;

From 45 minutes till 1 hour – a whole hour rate is paid.

Maximal time of using of the service “Transfer Airport-City (escort)” is not limited.

By the ways in Moscow car delivery is +1 hour to the whole renting time.

Extra charge for parking in airports and hotels is paid by the client.

We take orders from 08:00 till 23:00. We deliver transport if we have free one. The order can be canceled by the customer without paying penalty at least for two hours before specified car delivery time.

If the order is failed through the customer’s fault (non-arrival of the passenger with declared flight/train, undue refuse of the car), the customer pays penalty in the rate of minimal order.

If the order is failed in the fault of the executor, the provider compensates the amount according to the rates, given in this, appendix, no more than 1 hour in the city or one hour of airport transfer.

The cases, when the executor no in fault is:

The driver is late because of a car accident;

Extreme weather conditions, which have caused bunching;

Acts of third parties and other force-majeure circumstances, if the customer is warned about it no later than 15 minutes before the order starts.

The rates are current from 01 January 2015.
